Workout one: Cardio Blast
- Bench Jumps – 30 seconds
- Push Ups (knees) – 30 seconds
- Squat Jumps – 30 seconds
- Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
- Rest – 30 seconds
(Repeat twice)
Workout two: Hopping Mad
- Squat Jumps – 30 seconds
- Hopping (Left Leg) – 20 metres, walk back, repeat for 60 seconds
- Push Ups (Knees) – 30 sec (Our four-legged friends use all four limb so you have to work your arms!)
- Mountain Climbers – 30 sec
- Rest – 30 sec
- Squat Jumps – 30 seconds
- Hopping (Right Leg) – 20m, walk back, repeat for 60 seconds
- Push Ups (Knees) – 30 seconds
- Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
