This Dance Cardio Workout Burns 300 Calories

Competing on Dancing With The Stars has been such an incredible challenge for me! And from what I’m seeing, it’s helping to bring dance back into popularity – there seems to be a flood of dance cardio studios opening up around the country, much to my cheers!

If you’ve never dabbled in dance or you’re a regular Ginger Rogers, you can benefit from this all body toning, cardio blasting fun exercise, trust me! This workout will have you burning 300 calories AND you’ll have a good laugh while you do it!

Be sure to crank your favourite tunes and repeat this circuit 6 times in order to hit the calorie goal! Let’s do this!
