Hi there, I was wondering what I could use instead of the evaporated milk as I am lactose intolerant…
What’s a good substitute for coriander?
Why do you use the evaporated milk as It’s got more calories than the light coconut milk?
Evaporated milk has less saturated fat (the bad stuff that helps cause heart disease). Yes we are about calorie control, but we want to do it in a healthy way!
Sounds awesome and tasty. And no yucky grainy carbs. Since I’ve taken grains out of my diet and consumed more veggies and fruits for my carbs I’ve dropped like nothing else. Plus my hunger has seemed to be in control. First time ever!
