The glutes are literally the ‘seat’ of your foundation with the majority of exercises, yet how many people neglect their booty and miss out on the opportunity to build brilliant buns!

Working your booty has a multitude of benefits, from supporting the hips and spine; strength increases for better body alignment, to the all important obvious aesthetic one, of a super GREAT butt!

Here’s our Booty Sculpting Workout to develop head turning angles!

 

Warm Up:

 

Low-Steps Fast – 5 minutes

 

Workout:

 

Perform 2 sets of each exercise for 15 reps as supersets.

 

Superset 1:

 

Dumbbell Split Squats
