Super Green Smoothie

Ingredients

60g Avocado, flesh scooped
120g Pineapple, chopped and frozen
1/2 Banana (50g), chopped and frozen
40g Baby Spinach
1 1/2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds (7g)
1 Tablespoon Mint Leaves (3g), chopped
3/4 Cup Coconut Water (187g)

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and serve.

 

Caramel Chia Smoothie

1 Fresh Date (20g), pitted
1/2 Banana (50g), peeled
1 1/2 Tablespoons Rolled Oats (12g)
2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds (10g)
1 Tablespoon Low Fat Natural Yoghurt (20g)
3/4 Cup Low Fat Milk (180g)
1 Pinch Ground Cinnamon (1g)

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy. Thin with a little water if it is too thick.
  2. Pour into glass to serve.

 

Breakfast Berry Smoothie

1 Cup Low Fat Milk (240g)
100g Frozen Mixed Berries
40g Natural Muesli
1 Teaspoon Honey (5g)

Method

  1. Place milk, frozen berries, muesli and honey into a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. Pour into glasses to serve.
