Nuts about this super easy recipe! 😝 🥜 Peanu Nuts about this super easy recipe! 😝 🥜 Peanut butter is a great way to add some healthy fat and protein to a slice of toast! It’s sweet and delicious, and perfectly served as a brekky or a snack at 308 calories! ✨
Ingredients

1 Slice Wholegrain Bread (40g), thick slice
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter, No Added Sugar or Salt (20g)
½ Banana (51g), sliced
5g Walnuts
½ Teaspoon Honey (3g)

Method:
1️⃣Slice up your banana and place toast in the toaster
2️⃣When the toast is cooked, spread with peanut butter
3️⃣ Top with banana, walnuts and a drizzle of honey

▫️Using fresh whole grain loaf bread (from your local bakery or from the bakery section of the supermarket) will add extra flavour and freshness.

🥑 1 X 95g can Tuna In Springwater, flaked
🥑 15g Avocado, sliced or mashed
🥑 1 Teaspoon Low Fat Mayonnaise
🥑 13g Baby Spinach, rinsed
🥑 1 Wholegrain Wrap
🥑 1 Cage Free Egg, hard boiled
🥑 1 Pinch Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Place egg into a small saucepan of water and bring to the boil over high heat. As soon as the water boils, begin timing for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool. Peel, then slice. Place baby spinach leaves, tuna and avocado on wrap. Top with egg and lemon pepper. Wrap to enclose and serve.

🍊 400g Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
🍊 1 Orange 
🍊 25g Dark Chocolate, grated
🍊 2 Teaspoons Tahini
🍊 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup, or honey

Slice your orange into chunks. Spoon your yoghurt into two bowls, topping with orange, tahini and maple syrup. Top with grated dark chocolate and serve!

🌯 75g Marinated Tofu, thinly sliced
🌯 20g Reduced Fat Cheddar, grated
🌯 2 Teaspoons Sweet Chilli Sauce

Place bread on a clean work surface. Top with snow peas, carrot, capsicum, sprouts, tofu and cheese. Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce. Wrap firmly to enclose filling, and serve.

🥕 1 Cup Rolled Oats
🥕 1 Cup Low Fat Milk
🥕 1 Cup Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
🥕 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
🥕 1 Large Carrot, Peeled and grated
🥕 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
🥕 1 Pinch Ground Nutmeg
🥕 1/4 Cup Honey
🥕 1/4 Cup Desiccated Coconut
🥕 2 Tablespoons Walnuts

Place the oats, carrot, chia, milk, yoghurt, honey, nutmeg and cinnamon in a bowl. Fold together gently to combine. Divide mixture between serving bowls (or jars if you want to take it with you). Top with walnuts and coconut and cover. Set in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy the morning!

🍑 1 Peach
🍑 40g Raspberries
🍑 2g Mint Leaves
🍑 1 Bottle Berry Kombucha

Roughly chop the peach and share between two glasses. Pop some raspberries and mint in the glasses. Share the Berry Kombucha between the two glasses, pouring over the top of the fruit. Serve with some crushed ice or lemon/lime if desired.
