April was a huge month for Michelle Bridges as she beamed into the homes of thousands of Americans, smashed a Guinness World Record AND hit The New York Times Best Seller List … all in a day’s work(out)!

While she’s helping thousands of people from Australia and the US reach their 12WBT goals, Michelle Bridges is smashing some record-breaking goals of her own.

GOAL: Make The New York Times Best Selling List

Our Mish headed to the US this month to launch her Total Body Transformation book … and it was a hit! She is now officially on The New York Times Best Seller List and hitting number two on the ‘Advice, How-To’ List is a MAJOR achievement!

GOAL: Smash Another Fitness World Record

While she was in America, Mish also took ‘working it’ to a new level in New York when she set out to break a Guinness World Record for hosting the biggest exercise ball class – ever!

Filmed live on NBC’s Today Show, Mish led a ‘class’ of 353 ball-bouncing New Yorkers outside the studio at Rockefeller Plaza, on April 10.

“Are you READY to break a Guinness World Record?” she called to them from the podium.

An official Guinness World Records adjudicator kept an eye on the clock as Mish got her team working out for 30 minutes, pumping up the intensity as a sea of blue exercise balls moved to her instructions, from marching on the spot to squats, lunges, crunches and arm lifts.

But where did all those people come from?! The Today Show sent a callout: anybody could join in, the balls were supplied and all that fitness fans had to do was turn up at 5am and be ready to sweat.

By the way, if you’ve been following 12WBT for a while now, you’ll know this isn’t the first time Mish has smashed a Guinness World Record. In Melbourne in 2012 she led 1,165 12WBT Members in the largest circuit training class ever.
