What is the most important thing you learned as part of your 12WBT journey? I was one of those who believed that ā€˜my body just doesnā€™t want to get thinnerā€™. Ā

What health achievement are you most proud of i.e weight loss, body shape? Weight loss and body shape is important, but at my age it was to finally bring down my blood pressure to a normal level for the first time in years. I went to my regular check up with my cardiologist and he was effusive in congratulating me for my efforts.
