Our winners’ success goes beyond the scales, over the last 12 weeks, our winners have made amazing improvements in their mental wellbeing, their overall lifestyle, their energy levels and their zest for life: realising that they CAN do!

“I had reached a point where I was the heaviest I had ever been and I felt unhealthy and knew this was not a trajectory I wanted to stay on. 12WBT worked for someone I knew, so I thought I’d give it a go. I was mentally ready to change.
I loved the workouts and the fact I could do it all from home. I had no excuses! All I had to do was roll out of bed, put on my sports gear, head down the stairs and start the workout. Also, I love cooking and I enjoyed learning new recipes that were easy, delicious and something the whole family could eat.
In 6 months on the program, I lost 55cm and 16 kilos in total. I still have to pinch myself to believe it. I am wrapped. I am also very proud of my increased fitness – I feel healthy, fit and strong and love every bit of how that feels…AND I can now do 25 push-ups on my toes!”

“My husband and I are starting to try to have kids but after being diagnosed with PCOS in October, something had to change. I have previously had success on the program and with the reduced fee offered as part of 10 year birthday celebrations what did I have to lose other than the excess kgs!
The biggest achievement would have to be, not only my weight loss but bringing my husband along for the ride. Since November we have lost a combined 27kgs!
To top it off, we re-measured my height at the start the week and somehow I thought I was 12cm shorter than I actually am, which means I no longer had a BMI close to 60. Instead I am down to 48 and in the range my specialist wanted me to be to be able to start to think about having kids!
I am most proud of the support I have received from my partner and the 12WBT community along this journey and being able to lose weight consistently without giving up some of the social aspects.”

“What did I enjoy about this program? Everything I guess you could say – the little challenges, the workouts, the videos that help give you guidance or inspiration to refocus and keep going & the menu choices!
Another thing I enjoyed is the Member Zone – receiving other participants guidance or reading their questions and gaining more knowledge and inspiration.
I’m definitely going to do another round of 12WBT! I think this is the 5th time around doing it. That’s how much I’ve enjoyed it! I feel fantastic and enjoying developing new better healthier habits.”

“I joined the 12WBT program mainly for the food menu. I needed to learn about food in relation to portion control. I enjoy food preparation, cooking and food styling and the 12WBT program lets me do this. I always say out loud after eating ‘Delish, Mish!’
The support from the members in the Member Zone is amazing. Something I recently realised was that the members have not only taught me how to accept compliments, but also to give compliments to other members without the awkward feeling of me saying the wrong thing.
My biggest accomplishment after 2 Round of 12WBT is weight loss. And I am most proud of the fact that I don’t hate myself or put myself down anymore!”

“My level of fitness had deteriorated and I was unhappy with my weight. I was tired of all the feelings that went with it.
