The Real Reasons Why You Won’t Get Healthy

OK, let’s get straight down to it – my mantra is: no excuses!

Many of us make excuses to convince ourselves we can’t do something, or to justify why we shouldn’t even attempt something. No matter how creative the excuse is, at the end of the day, it’s about getting real and understanding what is holding you back and stopping you from getting what you want.

Believe me, I’ve heard just about EVERY excuse there is when it comes to not exercising or eating healthily. TRUST ME: Your excuses are holding you back from greatness. While some excuses crop up more than others, below are the most common:

Excuse 1: “I’M TOO BUSY AND DON’T HAVE TIME”

We’re all busy! If you want to make a change, you need to make being healthy a priority – it’s as simple as that. I could easily roll out a dozen excuses as to why I don’t have time to exercise today – but I WON’T. Instead I make it a PRIORITY. It’s about being organised. The busier you are, the more my 12WBT will be able to help you change your life for the better. I will give you the tools to be organised enough to make healthy food choices and give you access to the most time-efficient and effective workout plans.

Do you know it only takes TWO MINUTES to raise your heart rate? The ad breaks between your favourite TV shows are at LEAST three minutes. And imagine having delicious and healthy meals already planned out for the week!

Being fit and active should be a part of your everyday life, just like brushing your teeth and taking a shower.

Excuse 2: “IT’S TOO EXPENSIVE!”

I want you to write down how much you spend on soft drinks, coffee, fatty foods or takeaways every week. If my 12WBT saves your family just one takeout, you will come out ahead.     1. How about telling people the REAL reason for overeating. How about telling people that it’s the chemicals in the wheat, grains and processed foods that keep you wanting more. Tell them it’s the ” real sugar” AND artificial sugar they consume that is keeping them wanting more.How about the truth! I have been wheat, grain and sugar free for 6mos. and I am now off high blood pressure meds, the weight is coming off and I feel better then I have in 30 years! I crave nothing and I’m full of energy.
